Absolute Addiction, Gus, for sale

Absolute Addiction, aka “Gus,” is for sale.  Gus is a 17h, 2006 bay Thoroughbred gelding. He has evented through the Training-level and also done the jumpers. Although he is a talented jumper, unfortunately, Gus doesn’t love cross-country so we think he will best excel in the jumper ring.
Gus would be perfect as a Children’s or Adult amateur jumper with the scope and potential to do the 4-foot jumper classes. He is an easy ride who jumps from any distance. He has been successfully showing in the 1.0 meter classes and is moving up to the 1.1 meter classes at the end of the month. With his temperament and sweet personality Gus could also be made into a nice Equitation horse as well with a little time and finishing work.
We are accepting serious inquiries only, and a good home an absolute must! Priced at $30k

-10:30am approximate start time

Help Nui find his new home before the new year!

Nui is a 7-year-old, 17.1h Thoroughbred gelding who is looking for his right person. He is a sweet horse with good ground manners. Nui can be a bit sensitive under saddle so he needs a confident rider who is quiet and kind. Nui’s talents would be best suited for the dressage circuit or the local hunter circuit. Weekend Show Results: Maryland Horse Trials #3

Sending congratulations to Katie’s students Lela Hanagan and Sabrina Morris. Both students competed and placed this past weekend at the Maryland Horse Trials in Adamstown, Maryland.

Lela Hanagan competed with Hawkeye and finished 9th in the Open Training-B division.

Sabrina Morris competed with  BFF Cypher and finished 13th in the Open Novice-B division.

 

Weekend Show Results: Morven Park HT

This past weekend two of Katie’s students competed at Morven Park Horse Trials in Leesburg, Virginia. Sabrina Morris rode BFF Cypher and finished 9th in the Open Novice-B division, as well as 9th in the Novice Horse division on Show Stopper.  Lela Hanagan competed Hawkeye in the Novice Rider division and finished in 7th. Way to go riders!
